Location: London (with remote working option)
Salary: £32,000 basic, OTE £65,000 + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
YOLO Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our client’s corporate sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, shape the future of the organisation, and build strong client relationships in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost revenue.
• Promote the company’s industry-leading products and services to potential clients.
• Understand corporate and leasing markets to tailor sales approaches.
• Monitor and evaluate sales progress to meet corporate objectives.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of corporate and leasing company operations is advantageous.
• Strong customer relationship management expertise.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with effective project management and organisational abilities.
