Aftersales Manager

Salary: £40,000 basic / £55,000 ote + Company Car + Benefits
Driver Licence Required: Yes
We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to join our client’s team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a professional and customer-focused aftersales department within a supportive and dynamic environment.
The Role
As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department while delivering a first-class customer experience. Your duties will include:
• Managing the workflow in the workshop to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Building strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues related to technical concerns, warranties, service, repairs, and MOTs.
• Identifying opportunities to increase profitability and implement cost-effective processes.
• Providing hands-on support when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Managerial experience within the motor trade.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to leadership and decision-making.
