Vehicle Technician Vacancy

YOLO Recruitment is looking for a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Car Technician / Car Mechanic for their client in Welwyn Garden City who offer vast range of opportunities and benefits who can help to maintain a fleet of nearly 700 vehicles to the highest standards.

This is working on an array of specialist vehicles with a salary of up to 40k basic, plus shift allowance. You will also receive £1500 per annum tool allowance.

Hours for this Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Car Technician / Car Mechanic are based on a 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, optional weekends when required. They is a weekly shift rotation -

Week one 6.00 am – 2.00 pm Monday - Thursday, and Friday 6.00 am – 1.30 pm.
Week two 1.30 pm – 9.30pm Monday - Thursday, and Friday 1.00 pm – 8.30 pm.

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Car Technician / Car Mechanic :

Have great attention to detail.
Be proactive and use your initiative.
Take a solution-focused approach to any query or task.
Be a team player.
Relevant City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Ability to design, plan and prepare vehicle equipment installations.
Experience in use of computerised Vehicle diagnostic equipment.
Full UK Driving Licence
