OTE: £75K+ (Top earners exceed £100K)
Basic Salary £35K – £45K (DOE)
We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established, award-winning distributor of high-end vehicle safety solutions, known for bringing innovation and cutting-edge technology to the UK market based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

With over 20 years in the industry, our client is a recognised leader in supplying advanced safety and telematics products to fleets, insurers, and aftermarket professionals across the UK. Their reputation is built on delivering quality products, expert installation, and exceptional customer service.

They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and develop existing customer relationships within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

If you're a confident communicator who enjoys working towards targets and building strong customer relationships, this could be the perfect next step.

The Role:

Managing both new and existing customers

Cold calling and lead generation

Negotiating and closing deals

Attending trade shows and customer meetings

Providing industry insights and sales feedback
