Hybrid (Trowbridge office)
£26,000 per annum | Full-time, Permanent | Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30 (40 hrs/week

We’re looking for a People Team Administrator to support our recruitment and onboarding process, provide general HR administration, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture. This is a great opportunity to join a business that has plenty of career progression and professional development on offer.

You’ll be based in our Trowbridge office at least two days per week, with the rest of your time worked remotely.

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate communication

Support hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely recruitment experience

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials

Continuously improve the onboarding journey to ensure new team members feel welcomed and supported

People Admin & Employee Relations Support

Maintain employee records and ensure our HRIS is kept up to date

Assist with administrative duties including data entry, document management and compliance checks

Support people metrics reporting

Assist the People Relations Manager in case handling, including note-taking and meeting coordination

Help deliver internal engagement and communications activities

A proactive, organised and collaborative individual

Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and empathetic nature

Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

Someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the People function
