Parts Advisor Vacancy

My client, a main dealer in the Coldfield area is currently looking for a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.

You will need to have previous experience working as a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor in a main or franchised dealership or in Euro Car Parts or a TPS type environment.

Duties of the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor :

• Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
• Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises
• Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers
• Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied

Hours for the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor : 45 Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm with a 1 hour break. Every other Saturday 8.00am – 1.00pm paid as overtime.
