Service Advisor Vacancy

up to 40k basic + bonus + benefits
Monday to Friday - 46.5 hours - 8.00am – 6.00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota: 8.30am – 12.30pm
YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealership in Reading.


What you’ll do as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :

Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to our skilled technicians
Handle customer enquiries efficiently
Ensuring high customer satisfaction
Provide technical guidance and support to your team
Accurately evaluate customer service and repair needs based on vehicle health checks
Assist in service reception when required
Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to warranty and dealership policies
What you need to be considered for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor vacancy:

Previous workshop or technical experience preferred
Full UK driving license
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service consistently
Motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset
