NVQ 3+ Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse)
Locations: Tufnell Park or Crouch Hill
Salary: Up to £28,794 (dependent on qualification level) + company benefits
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday + 1-hour daily break
Holidays: 7 weeks paid holiday per year

We are seeking an NVQ 3+ Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse) to join our client’s team. They operate high-quality bilingual nurseries with spacious, bright classrooms and beautiful playgrounds, catering to children in the baby room (8–18 months) and toddler room (18 months–2.5 years).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of all children.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, offering support individually and in groups.
• Assist with curricula planning and attend early years service briefings.
• Stay updated on EYFS Framework requirements and best practices through training and workshops.
What You’ll Need:
• Level 3 childcare qualification or higher (essential).
• Experience working with children in an Ofsted-registered setting.
• Familiarity with planning and implementing the EYFS curriculum.
• Evidence of safeguarding training (minimum Level 2) and First Aid knowledge.
• Forest School training (desirable).
